Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Steel International Trading Company LLC ("SITC", "we") collects when you visit sitc.ge, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR and Georgian data-protection law.

1. What we collect

Anonymised analytics via Google Analytics 4 — only after you accept cookies. Contact-form submissions on /contacts — relayed to ncts@sitc.ge via Web3Forms. We don't collect names from passive browsing, precise location, or behaviour on other sites.

2. Cookies

One essential cookie remembers your consent choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics adds _ga, _ga_*, and _gid to count unique visitors. Nothing else.

3. How long we keep data

Analytics: 2 months (the shortest GA4 retention). Contact-form messages: kept until we've replied, then deleted.

4. Who we share it with

Google LLC processes analytics. Web3Forms relays contact-form messages. We disclose data only if Georgian law requires. We don't sell or rent your data.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, withdraw consent at any time, or complain to a data-protection authority. Write to ncts@sitc.ge.

6. Changing your cookie preferences

Use "Cookie preferences" in the footer to change your choice. Switching off analytics stops Google Analytics immediately.
